Although I am a licensed clinical social worker, the bulk of what I have to offer people in terms of whole health practice does not come in the form of my formal training. It comes in the form of the complementary health practices that I have both studied and utilized in my own life. This blog will share about my personal experiences dabbling in all of these healing art forms as well as give an easy how-to guide for implementing them in your own life to embrace your own wholeness.
